Acting as a Trustee

We can add insight and perspective to the Board of Trustees by acting as a Finance Trustee or Treasurer to your charity. We typically work with the internal or external finance teams or individuals to ensure accurate recording and timely accounting records are maintained to a level that is appropriate to the size and complexities of the charity, ensuring robust control and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

We collate financial information for presentation to the Board in a meaningful manner that is constructive to the Board, enabling them to make strategic decisions to drive the charity forward.
